This blog now lives at the LSE Library blogthe official blog of the Library, featuring a mixture of news, opinion, information and research related to our work: http://blogs.lse.ac.uk/library

The second in this series of Q&A video blogs on Open Access covers the question, 'Does RCUK's open access policy apply to books?'

Full details on the policy are available on the RCUK website.

  1. Since this was first posted I've learned that the majority of open access journals - listed on the Directory of Open Access Journals - do not charge an article processing charge (APC) for publishing the Gold OA route. This is great news for researchers and I'll be covering more on this in a future post!
